Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through Tactical Resupply (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Shipping & Handling

• Carrier: All orders are processed and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped on the next business day after payment is received.
• Flat Rate: A $5.00 (USD) shipping and handling fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or quantity.
• Tracking: A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
• Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are determined by USPS and may vary based on destination and service availability.

2. Order Cancellations

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
• If we must cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, legal restrictions), you will receive a full refund.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept general returns. Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged during transit.
• The shipment is lost by USPS.
• The wrong item was shipped.

Any verified misprints created by us are provided to the customer free of charge. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once eligibility is confirmed.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
• Tactical Resupply is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Please verify product compatibility before purchasing, as models and magazine variations may differ.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tactical Resupply is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
