These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tactical Resupply website (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered by Tactical Resupply (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Site or services.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Michigan.

2. Products

Tactical Resupply provides aftermarket, 3D-printed firearm accessories and related products. These products are not manufactured, authorized, or endorsed by Glock, SIG Sauer, Taurus, or any other firearm brand. All product names, trademarks, and brands mentioned on this Site remain the property of their respective owners.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product purchased complies with your local laws and is used safely and appropriately. We disclaim liability for misuse, improper installation, or unlawful use of any product.

3. Payments

We accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) through WooCommerce’s supported gateways, including PayPal and Authorize.net. Cryptocurrency payments will be supported in the near future. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped via USPS the next business day. A flat fee of $5 applies to all orders, regardless of size. Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

Returns are not accepted except in the case of wrong, lost, or damaged items. Refunds are provided for such cases, as well as for misprints, which are supplied free of charge to customers. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing, as variations in firearm models and magazines exist.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Tactical Resupply unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Some 3D designs offered by Tactical Resupply are original, while others are sourced from public or shared repositories and are not claimed as exclusive property of Tactical Resupply.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Resupply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

7. Termination and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or legal restrictions. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
